Free delivery on purchases over $49 (Inc. GST) on Ink And Toner Products Only

For purchases below $49, a delivery charge of $13.50 (Inc. GST) per order is applicable.

We supply and ship all our products Australia wide only.

All orders are dispatched ASAP. We use various freight companies for all items. All parcels are able to be tracked. As a general guide delivery to major cities can arrive between 1 to 3 business days (if ordered before 2 pm) whilst it could take up to 5 days for outer areas.

Delivery times are indicative only and we do not accept any liability for failure to meet the scheduled delivery times or any inconvenience caused as a consequence.

Deliveries can only be made where a signature to verify the delivery can be obtained. The best addresses are where someone is home between 7 am and 5 pm weekdays or a business address which is open during normal business hours. Usually, if the delivery cannot be made, the freight companies will leave a note to make another appointment or for you to pick up that item but this cannot be taken for granted. If delivery cannot be made you will be responsible for any delivery fees incurred even though you may not receive the item, so make sure someone is available to sign.

Authority To Leave (ATL)
Authority to Leave (ATL) is available upon request and gives the delivery driver the authority to leave the freight without obtaining a signature. Computers And Services is not liable for any loss or damage to the parcel.

Out of Stock Items
If any item on your order is out of stock, we will contact you (by e-mail or phone) in 24 hours and give you an estimated delivery date as well as the option of waiting for your items or receiving a full refund. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
